Dr. Brian Shragg went above and beyond my expectations as a dentist. His bedside manner is second to none: he is patient, calm, gentle, and thorough. Dr.Shragg is very empathetic and understands patients have anxiety about the dentist. He is conscious of the fact that people do not like pain and that people have different pain thresholds. Dr.Shragg recognizes each patient is different and is able to adapt to the patients’ needs. I saw Dr.Shragg for a crown prep and placement. He was able to ease my anxiety through humor and by explaining exactly what he would be doing. Before leaving the crown prep appointment, Dr.Shragg assured me that I could call him anytime with questions or if I was in pain (even over the weekend). I highly recommend Dr. Brian Shragg.
